These terms apply to the Glyphdrift app and this website. By downloading or using Glyphdrift, you agree to them.

Using Glyphdrift

• Glyphdrift is free. You may download the official release and use it on your own computers, at home or at work.
• Please share Glyphdrift by linking to glyphdrift.com or the official releases rather than re-hosting the exe, so everyone gets an unmodified, current copy.
• The source code is published so you can see how Glyphdrift works. Unless the repository includes a license that says otherwise, all rights in the code and artwork are reserved; publishing it does not grant permission to copy, modify or redistribute it.

No warranty

Glyphdrift is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. It is a hobby project with no guarantee of support, updates or availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any damages arising from using or being unable to use Glyphdrift or this website, including loss of data, system problems or lost profits. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they apply to you only as far as your local law permits; nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Your responsibility

Download Glyphdrift only from this site or its official GitHub releases. Each release lists a SHA-256 checksum so you can verify your copy. The app is not yet code-signed, so Windows may warn before running it.

Trademarks

Glyphdrift is an independent project. Windows is a trademark of the Microsoft group of companies. The names of the color themes (for example Catppuccin, Tokyo Night, Nord, Gruvbox, Dracula, Rosé Pine, Kanagawa, One Dark, Solarized, Everforest, Monokai, Ayu, Night Owl, Palenight, GitHub, Oxocarbon, Poimandres, Synthwave '84 and Claude) belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the palettes they inspired. Glyphdrift is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of them.

These terms may be updated; the current version is always on this page, with its date.
